I found the love of my life on holiday 12 years ago now I’m desperate to try and find her again

A MAN wants to rekindle his romance with a woman he met 12 years ago on holiday after he discovered a collection of long-lost love letters.

Jordan Scott met his teenage sweetheart whilst he was on holiday in France 12 years ago and is desperate to find her again.

Jordan discovered a collection of love letters from his former romance in his bedroom which left him 'heartbroken'.

Jordan was 14 years old when the pair met in Perpignan, France on a rugby trip.

The now 25-year-old remembers he went for a swim at the hotel pool where he was staying and met a 13-year-old girl named Katie who he "liked the look of".

He told HullLive: "She made me laugh and smile."

The young romance was strained when he returned back home to East Yorkshire and Katie went back to her home in the West Midlands.

Whilst the two were separated, Katie sent Jordan a string of love letters in which she expressed how much she "loved him".
