WE ALL know make-up can completely transform the way you look.

But one woman's makeup transformations have left viewers stunned – claiming it can't possibly be the same person.

Taking to TikTok, Lana Alaiev, who said she is 48, revealed the stunning make-up transformation.

She started the clip make-up free, with her red hair scrapped into a loose ponytail wearing a pink t-shirt and black cardigan.

But she then changed before viewers eyes, looking instantly younger with a smoky cat-eye look and deep red lipstick.

Her hair was then styled into loose waves and she changed into a tight-fitting black lace top.
