LOSING weight does not have to be an ordeal thanks to a meal plan idea from a woman who has managed to shed 50 pounds.
The weight has stayed off, too, by following her method, and there is no requirement to count calories.
Madison O. King (@madisonoking) shared one of her meal plan ideas in her post.
Her super-simple weight loss breakfast looked delicious, especially with the addition of an essential "accessory."
“I’m currently maintaining a 50-pound weight loss," said a slimmed-down Madison.
“I don’t count calories, points, or macros and I never have."
But there was one essential element to her meals that she said was the secret.
“I plate my food in certain proportions of food groups for each meal," she said.
“So for breakfast, I’m going to do 50 percent of carbs and 50 percent protein."
Her breakfast, therefore, consisted of one piece of toast representing carbohydrates.

For protein, she scrambled two eggs in a little bit of avocado oil and some seasoning.
She continued: “Now I’m going to kind of accessorize my meal up.
“I’m going to add half of an avocado to my scrambled eggs. I love the texture combo."
Over the top, she added some hot sauce before showing off the final plate of food.
“So there is my breakfast. It’s yummy, quick, simple, and easy," she said.
“I can eat really anything I want on this plan [as] it was nonrestrictive. I love this plan."
In conclusion, she showed a picture of herself before she lost weight, proving her meal plan idea worked.
