Mum shares hack to use old baby grows which are too small & people don't know why they hadn’t thought of it before | The Sun

IF your baby grows fast then you might have some old baby’s grows lying around.

But don’t throw them away just yet.

One mum has shared a genius hack for making use of old baby grows that are too small.

Lena Boston shared her hack in a TikTok video online.

After realising her son was too big for the baby to grow, Lena decided to turn the baby grow into a bib.

She said: “Bodysuit just too small for him now so we are repurposing it as a bib".

I gave birth to a baby the size of a toddler… his head was like a melon

The mum grabbed a pair of scissors and cut her baby’s grow in half.

Lena kept the second half of the grow and popped it over her son's head with the buttons facing down.

Now she has an easy makeshift bob which she can wash and reuse.

This is a very cheap, quick and easy way to add a little extra life to your baby’s clothes.

The mum explained it’s not likely the bib would be too small.

The width of the new bib around your baby’s neck will be dependent on the hole you cut.

As long as you cut straight across the baby, the hole will be the same length as your baby’s torso.

Which is bigger than your baby’s neck.

Lena’s video quickly gained over 60,000 views.

Views loved the hack saying they were going to give it a go.
