Their beautiful baby girl Ruby is just over one month old but Brian McFadden and fiancee Danielle Parkinson have already been thinking about baby No. 2.
This is a conversation they've maybe had to have earlier because they conceived Ruby Jean McFadden, named after her grandparents, after IVF treatment following two miscarriages, and part of that process was freezing eggs for future children.
Speaking exclusively to OK! the couple shared details on their precious first few weeks with the tot and also revealed their hopes to expand their family in the future.
When asked if they are going to have more children, Dani told OK!: “I think we’re going to try again. We’d like to.”
She added that as she gave birth to Ruby via an emergency C-section on 8 May, they will have to wait for her body to heal.
Dani continued: “When you’ve had a C-section they advise you not to get pregnant for 12 months, so we’ll give it at least a year.
"If it happens naturally, then great, but if not we’ve got a really strong egg left, the last one left in the freezer, so we can always give that a go as well.”
Danielle suffers from a low egg count and had three rounds of IVF.
Brian, who is also dad to Molly, 19, and Lilly-Sue, 18, with ex-wife Kerry Katona, added: “Yeah. I think we just want to enjoy having Ruby for at least a year before we think about it.”
It has been a tough three-year road to starting their family – and one that led them to get advice from surprising people.

Danielle revealed that Mike Tindall told her about a dietician who helped him and wife Zara, and does wonders to help people get pregnant. The couple have now invited the royals to their wedding, pencilled in for 2023.
Dani told OK! that IVF and the heartbreak of baby loss “feels like a lifetime” but now her and Brian are just devoted to their future with baby Ruby.
She said: “it’s been three years from the start to having her, so to finally get a baby after all that is the best feeling in the world.
"I never knew how I would feel until I got her. I obviously knew I would love her and be so happy but the love that you feel and the way you want to protect them is indescribable.”
