Lisa Snowdon looked absolutely sensational as she soaked up the sunshine during an idyllic Dubai getaway.
The 50 year old, who recently shared a "debilitating" update on menopause, forgot about her worries as she enjoyed a day at the beach at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray resort.
In snaps shared on her Instagram on Wednesday, the television presenter wowed in a bright green bikini which she later teamed with a matching animal print cover-up.
Lisa shielded herself from the strong rays with a pair of cool shades and wore her brunette locks loose as she posed for snaps from her getaway.
Lisa was joined by her family friends, and she was sure to take plenty of snaps with them as they made the most of their time in the sunshine.
"Vitamin Sea @jumeirahzs @visit.dubai #dubai #vitaminsea #vitamind #family #sunshine #family #familytime," she wrote in the caption.
Her followers were quick to comment on how incredible she looked, with one person writing: "You look amazing…x."
A second added: "Looks divine. Special times," while a third wrote: "Special family time!"
Lisa also shared snaps from the resort pool, where she continued her fun with her family.
The former model's getaway comes after she broke down in tears while sharing her journey with menopause with fans last month.
The star said she's keen to help others understand and recognise the symptoms of menopause, as she called her own menopause experience "debilitating".
Lisa shared: "We try and tackle it with lightness, and I think that's important.
"But I also think it's important to take a step back and say the struggle is real, you know, for so many of us.
"And it's a moving target and not a one size fits all."
She also referred to the menopause as a "rollercoaster" in the video's caption.
The star previously opened up on how doctors mistakenly prescribed her anti-depressants when she was experiencing menopause symptoms.
Elsewhere the beauty told OK! that "50 is the new 30".
"Us ladies all take much better care of ourselves these days. We eat well, drink lots of water, get our exercise as well as good nutrition," she said.
She also credited laughter as "good for the soul".
