Like A Virgin hitmaker Madonna has taken to Instagram to share a rare insight into a family getaway with all six of her children. Enjoying a skiing trip in Gstaad, Switzerland, the music icon, 63, documented her trip to the Alps with her six children, Lourdes, 25, Rocco, 21, David Banda, 16, Mercy James, 15, and twins Estere and Stella Ciccone, nine.
I went down a run, it was beautiful
Earlier today, the Queen of Pop bid farewell to her time in Gstaad with a series of pictures of her and her brood that sparked a frenzy amongst her fans.
In view of her 17.4 million followers, the blonde-haired singer wrote: “Farewell Gstaad…We will never forget your Mountains or your Moonshine!”
In the first picture, Madonna posed coyly while cradling a doll.
She wore a full-face of natural-looking glam, which she paired with soft waves that framed her heart-shaped face.
Donning a printed mini dress, the singer accessorised with a pair of fishnet tights, an armful of jewellery, and black fingerless gloves.
She also shared a sweet black and white snap of sons David and Rocco sitting in the ski chalet together.
Towards the end of the carousel, Madonna posted a sweet snap of all of her children as well as the yodellers who had paid them a visit.
Taking to her stories, the star posted a video of the family enjoying the vocal talents of the yodellers who had performed for the family.
She captioned the clip: “Yodelling unplugged”
Also joining the star on her family vacation was her boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams, 27, who she was seen putting on a display of affection with in the pictures.
Following the series of snaps, Madonna’s followers were quick to rush to the comments section.
Kanye West’s new squeeze Julia Fox told how the candid family pictures had made her want to cry.
She wrote: “Omg I absolutely love this family photo moment why do I have chills and am on the verge of tears now.”
Madonna also documented her time on the slopes in her stories, which saw her plait her black-streaked blonde hair into two large plaits.
Donning a black ski jacket and helmet for safety, the Holiday hitmaker enjoyed the cable-car ride up to the top of the mountains, before hitting the slopes.
“Just doing my pilates on the mountain tops, I’m doing my stretching in the Alps,” she said, while standing on her skis.
Having reached the bottom of the mountain, Madonna held up a pole in victory as she cheered: “We made it!”
She continued: “I went down a run, it was beautiful.”
Her boyfriend Ahalamalik branded the run “crazy”.
The sweet montage went on to show her children playfully throwing snowballs around the bottom of the mountain.
