The 23-year-old model has got a fresh ink right above her eyebrow of the word ‘Prolific’, the same word that was inked on the side of the late rapper’s face.
AceShowbiz –Slick Woods has honored Nipsey Hussle with a face tattoo. On Friday, February 28, the 23-year-old model turned to Instagram to unveil a brand new ink above her eyebrow that was inspired by the tragic “Racks in the Middle” rapper.
In the social media post, the model of Rihanna‘s Fenty Beauty showed the word “prolific” that has been permanently etched in blue ink right above her eyebrow. “Nipsey made me do it and @only1menace did it to help me,” she captioned it. The late MC himself had the exact same word inked on the right side of his face
Woods’ new face tattoo has garnered many reactions. One Instagram user said, “Love it and scared at the same tome lol Ouch!! how painful was it!!?” Another also showed support by writing, “Live your life baby girl.” A third user noted, “I swear your name fits you you mouth real slick and I love it I know u gonna spazz on somebody.” Meanwhile, a fourth joked, “Don’t blame this s**t on Nipsey .”
The Minnesota beauty, whose real name is Simone Thompson, was not the only one paying tribute to Nipsey with the “prolific” tattoo. In early April 2019, a few days after Nipsey was gunned down outside his Marathon Clothing store, The Game got himself the exact same word etched on his temple.
Showing off the “Hate It or Love It” MC’s ink, at the time, was tattoo artist Nikko Hurtado. “Special tattoos for my boy @losangelesconfidential R.I.P. @nipseyhussle to your family, friends and everyone you touched in your life I am truly sorry for the loss,” he wrote in an Instagram post about the design.
Days prior to getting the face tattoo, Woods shut down haters who questioned her relationship with a woman after having a baby with an ex-boyfriend. When one particular troll told her, “Slickwoods. Why have a child if you’re bi? This world is sooooo confusing our kids,” she angrily replied, “DIE SLOW B***H AND MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS.”
