Una Healy, 41, has claimed she was tricked into being in a “throuple” with boxer David Haye, 42, and model Sian Osborne.
The Saturdays’ singer split from the famous couple in March but has only now opened up about their former relationship.
David and Sian began dating in 2020 and welcomed the Irish star into their relationship towards the end of last year.
She spoke about her experience on the My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast with model Vogue Williams, 37, and comedian Joanne McNally, 40.
She commented on her split: “I feel relieved I’ve got to say my bit.
“The truth from the horse’s mouth.”
When asked by Joanne whether David thought their relationship was a “throuple”, Una suggested that he was happy about it, but that she struggled to get to grips with their unconventional situation.
She claimed that he tried to coach her “on how not to get upset but I’ve never had to hit the block button so much”.
Joanne asked whether Una was “hoodwinked into a throuple” to which the Thurles-born star replied: “I was!”
However, she clarified that her time with the former athlete was “a lovely relationship” and “in a romantic capacity”.
She added: “It was casual, it wasn’t serious. I was happy enough with it.
“He was very honest that I wasn’t the only woman he was seeing, I was very aware he was seeing other people.”
She further added that the catalyst for their break-up was realising that David supposedly “didn’t believe the traditional relationship exists anymore”.

After recording the episode, the star took to Instagram to seemingly dig at her ex commenting: “The muzzle is off!”
Una previously split from her ex-husband and rugby player Ben Foden, 37, in 2018.
After dating for four years, the pair married in June 2012 and share two children Aoife, 10 and Tadhg, seven.
Ben confirmed to The Guardian in February that he had cheated: “At the moment anything that’s published about me is never very good and pretty rightly so, because I was the one who committed adultery.
“It’s not ideal but we’re very amicable, we’re getting through it.”
However, he claimed that his cheating wasn’t the only reason for their divorce.
The couple is believed to have separated days before moving to the US, where Ben had been signed to Rugby United New York.
Ben later married Jackie Belanoff-Smith in 2019 after being introduced by a mutual friend.
The two recently celebrated daughter Farrah’s third birthday.
