A busty woman has found a perfect way to enjoy hot summer days without wearing a bra.
Heidi, who lives in Mexico, admitted she "hates wearing a bra", in particular during summer when the mercury level is on the rise.
But luckily she came up with a clothing hack to keep herself cool and breezy.

Sharing her DIY tip on TikTok, Heidi said: "All you need are these bra inserts — you can find in any sports bra — and this double-sided fashion tape.
"I used to stick the pad onto my skin and in hot summer days, it wasn't really effective because the tape will start losing grip so I found another way to do it."
To prevent any "nip slip" moment, she suggested to stick the tape onto the bra insert instead.
"We are going to use the outside of the pad and we are going to use little strips of tape on each corner," Heidi continued.
"Then you take the pad and estimate approximately where you want to put it, then you stick onto the inside of your shirt."
The influencer then put one onto her vest to show the difference — the one with the bra pad gave more support whereas the one without looked more natural.
Heidi added: "Now you have a backless bra and you can pretty much apply to anything. I love it and I don't have to wear a bra."
Viewers called it a "brilliant" and "genius" idea after watching the video.
One commented: "Such a nice hack! I will definitely be trying."
"There’s actual stick-on pads to use. And they work for summer days too. Look them up 'self adhesive bra'," another shared.
A third added: "Thank you! I hate wearing bras too!"
Others said they don't care much and would rather "free the nipples", but Heidi said she uses the hack the clothes look unflattering without a bra.
