Everton's Moise Kean on brink of Juventus transfer return with medical on Sunday after Cristiano Ronaldo's Man Utd exit

EVERTON striker Moise Kean is reportedly on the brink of replacing Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus.

Fabrizio Romano claims the former Bianconeri youngster will undergo a medical on Sunday after the Toffees accepted a bid of £17million.

That’s significantly less than the £23.5m Everton paid for Kean when they signed him from Juventus in 2019.

The Italy international arrived with a big reputation after netting six goals in 13 Serie games.

But he hit the net just twice in 29 Premier League appearances for Everton.

And Kean spent last season on loan with French giants Paris Saint-Germain, where he scored 13 times in 26 Ligue 1 outings.

However, despite new Toffees boss Rafa Benitez previously indicating he was happy to have Kean in his squad, the forward now looks set for a return to Turin.

Juventus parted ways with legendary hitman Ronaldo yesterday as Manchester United completed a sensational deal to re-sign their former hero.

And Kean will have some big boots to fill when he returns to play under former boss Max Allegri.

He will become Juve’s fourth signing of the summer after Euro 2020 winner Manuel Locatelli joined on loan from Sassuolo.

Brazilian prodigy Kaio Jorge was snapped up from Santos for just £1.3m earlier in the window.

And Weston McKennie made his loan move from Schalke permanent for £18m – with reports now linking him to Tottenham.

Juventus have also been linked with Real Madrid flop Eden Hazard.

And there is also said to be interest in Los Blancos teammate Luka Jovic.
