Confetti cake in all forms is typically a fan favorite, and this sweet frozen treat twist is sure to be a hit this summer.

Confetti Ice Cream Cake
2 bags confetti cookie dough
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 cups heavy cream
1 cup sprinkles
2 cups marshmallow cream (sub with condensed milk if marshmallow not available!)
Spread each cookie dough bag across two separate 9-inch cake pans (one for the bottom and another for the top of the sandwich)
Bake according to box instructions! Let completely and set aside
Prepare the ice cream by whipping together your heavy cream, marshmallow cream and vanilla extract (make sure it’s extra creamy!)
Add you sprinkles and mix gently.
Add the mix to your cake pan and top with your second cookie layer.
Freeze overnight, serve and enjoy.
