Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood was left "furious" on tonight's big final episode of the show after radio DJ Fleur East finished her dance, the Samba.
Craig is notorious for his constructive critiques on the celebrity dancers, however, he admitted he couldn't find fault with Fleur's dance.
The camera cut to him grimacing as show host Tess Daly said to him: "Craig you are the only judge who didn't award them [Fleur and partner Vito Coppola] a ten last time. What did you think this time around?"
Craig replied: "I'm furious actually because I couldn't find anything wrong with it," as the room exploded in cheers and applause from the audience, whilst Fleur and Vito were open-mouthed and ecstatic as they digested the news.
So impressed was Craig, that he, along with the other judges, awarded Fleur and Vito a 10, meaning they are top of the leaderboard with a full score of 40.
It comes as Fleur and Vito's three fellow finalists, Hamza Yassin and Jowita Przystal, Molly Rainford and Carlos Gu, and Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez are battling it out for the opportunity to lift the 2022 Glitterball Trophy on Saturday night.
Each of the finalists have topped the Strictly leaderboard at some point – Hamza five times, Fleur and Helen twice and Molly once – during their time on the show and will be fighting to win the most public votes on Saturday evening.
All four stars have already performed a routine chosen by the judges, their favourite dances and a show dance.
Fleur and Vito's favourite dance was also their couple’s choice routine, performed to a Destiny’s Child megamix by Destiny’s Child, followed by their show dance to Find Me by Sigma featuring Birdy.
Fleur's final performance bagged a 9 from Craig, and 10s from Motsi, Shirley and Anton.
"Thank you so much for keeping us in this," Fleur told viewers following her last dance. "Thank you for bringing happiness and joy back into my family's lives. We really needed this, and I've loved every second of it."
Fleur's competitors Helen and Gorka performed the jive to Tightrope by Janelle Monae at the request of the judges, whilst their couple’s choice routine was to Mein Herr by Liza Minnelli (from Cabaret) and finally their show dance to Shine by Emeli Sandé.
Hamza, who topped the leaderboard with Jowita in the live semi-final on Sunday, performed a judges’ pick routine of the salsa to Ecuador by Sash! featuring Rodriguez.
He later performed his and Jowita's couple’s choice to Jerusalema Remix by Master KG featuring Burna Boy and Nomcebo Zikode, as well as a show dance to Let’s Face The Music And Dance by Irving Berlin, after which he burst into tears, having fallen out of time during his performance.
Molly and her partner Carlos began the show with a quickstep to Love On Top by Beyonce as their judges’ pick, later performing a rumba to All The Man That I Need by Whitney Houston and finishing the final with a show dance to a mix of Kiss and 1999 – both by Prince.
