EastEnders star Kacey Ainsworth has split from her plumber husband after 18-years of marriage and has reportedly found a new beau.
The 54-year-old who played Little Mo in EastEnders is reportedly dating fellow actor Liam Tobin.
Although it is unclear when she parted ways from her husband Darren Hales -with whom she shares two children with- it is believed that they decided to split during lockdown.
According to The Mirror, Kacey met her new beau Liam while they both starred together in Then And Now in 2020.
In 2021, Kacey took to social media to gush over her new boyfriend after going Instagram official for his 50th birthday back.
Sharing a sweet snap of herself alongside him, she wrote: "So Our Liam is 50. What a blast of a party… so many thanks on behalf of us all, including everyone who made it there to celebrate with the lovely fella. Like attracts Like I guess."
Kacey and Darren share children Blossom, 18, and Elwood, 14.
The former EastEnders star made the decision limit her work in the entertainment industry after Elwood was confirmed to be on the autism spectrum at the age of six.
Speaking about her decision, she explained that her hectic work schedule would be "too chaotic" for Elwood.
Sharing insight into her family life, Kacey previously revealed that she was unaware that her daughter Elwood was on the spectrum.
She told the Mirror: "I was really shocked, he went to our local communication disorder clinic and I sat behind glass and watched my child being assessed by an educational psychologist, speech therapist and a child psychologist. It was excruciating.
"It was a sad day because you have a baby and you want things to be normal, you have to go through that grieving process where you think – this isn’t what I'd set out for."
After leaving EastEnders in 2006, the award-winning actress went on to star in ITV detective drama Grantchester in 2014, playing the role of Cathy Keating.
In more recent times she joined Lidless Theatre to perform Leaves Of Glass.
Kacey was previously asked if she would consider returning to EastEnders while appearing on Loose Women.
Although she didn't rule it out, she also said: "I literally don't have any time at the moment."
