Geordie Shore original cast now – huge net worths, near death and babies galore

The legendary cast of Geordie Shore first hit our screen 11 years ago and immediately caused a stir, now some of the show's biggest names are coming together for a reunion series.

Charlotte Crosby, 31, and Holly Hagan, 29, have been included in the line-up of returning reality stars set to hit the screens, after the first Newcastle-based episode aired in 2011.

After so many seasons of the show the cast has undergone several changes as former members go on to other projects or move away from the spotlight entirely.

And the cast members themselves have gone through changes, with many opting for plastic surgery and injectables, and others transforming their lives with the millions they've made.

But what about the cast members of the very first series, where are they now 11 years after Geordie Shore came to our screens?

Vicky Pattison

Vicky has had a successful career since departing from Geordie Shore in 2014.

As well as winning I’m A Celebrity at the end of 2015, Vicky has had a number of triumphant endorsements, including a chart-topping fitness DVD, number one books, a successful podcast, TV appearances on Loose Women, Ex on the Beach, her own show Judge Geordie and I’m A Celeb spin off Extra Camp.

The Geordie star split from cheating fiancé John Noble which was documented on screen on her own TV show The Break Up, while she has also featured in Celebrity Masterchef and Celebrity Coach Trip.

Vicky is now loved up with Essex businessman Ercan Ramadan, with the pair moving into a stunning new house down south last year and then Ercan popping the question to Vicky while they were on holiday in Dubai.

Gaz Beadle

Gary "Gaz" Beadle became famous for his womanising ways on Geordie Shore, but since departing the show in 2017 the Newcastle playboy has tried his luck at other things and settled down.

He’s released autobiography Gaz (And My Parnsip), owned Pure Nightclub in Zante and opened clothing shop Project 722 in the Metrocentre in 2012, although it’s been closed for a number of years now.

Gaz had a successful clothing range with cast mates Scott Timlin and Aaron Chalmers and starred in a run of Hell's Kitchen over in Australia.

He is married to model Emma McVeigh, with the couple living in Yorkshire with their two children – Chester and Primrose.

Gaz is now said to be worth more than £4million, with him building his fortune in property development.

The reality star has done a U-turn on his decision not to be involved with the reunion show, initially claiming he was “too busy” to take part.

It has been reported that Gaz has changed his mind, stating it would be good to get together with everyone again as long as he's kept far away from Charlotte Crosby.

Charlotte and Gaz had an on and off relationship right from the start of Geordie Shore in 2011, but finally called it quits for good in 2016.

Charlotte Crosby

The Sunderland lass won Celebrity Big Brother in 2011 which then led to her getting her own TLC show, The Charlotte Crosby Experience.

Charlotte is also a record breaking fitness guru with her first exercise DVD 3 Minute Belly Blitz becoming the UK’s fastest selling ever at the turn of 2015 and 3 Minute Bum Blitz following suit by also topping the charts.

She has had three series of her hit programme, The Charlotte Show, alongside now ex boyfriend Josh Ritchie.

Charlotte is now living in her first of two mansions on the outskirts of Sunderland.

The 31-year-old was back in the Geordie Shore fold for 10th birthday special Ten Years on the Toon last year, alongside Chloe Ferry, James Tindale and Nathan Henry and, in April 2022, announced that she is expecting a baby with new boyfriend Jake Ankers.

The happy news comes following a devastating ectopic pregnancy that almost killed Charlotte back in 2016.

She is back on Geordie Shore for the reunion, saying: “I always said I would be up for taking part in a reunion show and made no secret that Geordie Shore holds a special place in my heart. I’m very excited to reconnect and reminisce with my favourite people and life-long friends.”

And it's thought she's worth around £2million.

Holly Hagan

Middlesbrough-born Holly landed at the top of the book charts with aptly titled autobiography Not Quite A Geordie, and has appeared on the covers of both Zoo and Nuts and had a popular fashion line for online retailers Lasula.

She even released a single- a cover of Kelis' Milkshake.

Holly departed the show in 2016 but in a shock turn of events, she returned in 2018 and became a regular on Geordie OGs.

She is now engaged to footballer Jacob Blyth and ambassador of anti-bullying charity Ditch The Label.

Last year, Holly revealed the couple had been forced to postpone their dream wedding in Ibiza.

James Tindale

The Consett lad appeared on Geordie Shore for 10 series in a row as one of the originals.

Qualified personal trainer James has been an ambassador for Muscle Mix, has his own clothing line God’s Gift and launched his own gym – Gym Unique.

James made a brief appearance in series 18 before returning as a full time cast member for series 20.

Last year he shocked viewers Down Under by appearing on First Dates Australia.

In 2021 he appeared in a music video for Davie Carr & TLM Band's track Hold The Line and is widely tipped to play a big part in the Geordie Shore reunion.

Sophie Kasaei

The 32-year-old left Geordie Shore in series seven after allegedly being recorded making an offensive remark during filming.

Since then Sophie has started up clothing businesses Off The Rails boutique and House of SHB and was also a party planner for Geordie Tours.

The South Shields girl is still friends with Charlotte and Holly and returned for the Birthday Battle in 2016 and was back as a full time cast member in 2019.

She also returned for series 20, where she was joined by then boyfriend Jay Biggs, before their split.

Sophie appeared on Celebrity Ex on the Beach and earlier this year she launched a line of hair extensions specifically for girls with curly hair.

Speaking about the upcoming reunion, Sophie said: "Seeing all the friends that turned into family and had such a big impact on my 20s is going to be emotional but also like nothing has changed, apart from our age and families. It’s a moment I’ve been waiting for."

Jay Gardner

Jay was the original alpha male of the house, known for his perma-tanned skin and preened eyebrows.

He left the show during its third season to focus on his relationship, however it didn't last.

The 34-year-old is still big into fitness, and is now an online coach "helping men and women achieve their fitness goals".

In January this year, Jay revealed he'd had liposuction on his lower chest and regularly shows off his ultra-toned body on Instagram.

Greg Lake

Nobody was surprised when Greg didn't return for the second series of Geordie Shore, as he didn't quite fit in with the womanising, gym-obsessed ways of the other lads.

He's relatively kept out of the spotlight since he quit the show, but was in a relationship with Hollyoaks beauty Jennifer Metcalfe until they split in 2020, following the birth of their son – Daye Colmic Lake – in June 2017.

Nowadays, Greg owns a restaurant in Morpeth, which describes itself as a "modern mark town Brasserie" – and by the look of things on Instagram, it's a popular little spot.
