‘I’m A Celeb’s Charlene White’s exit interview was all bulls***,’ says ITV star

I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Charlene White is talking "bulls***", says Nicola McLean.

The reality TV star has branded Charlene's exit interview a load of "bull" after she claimed Matt Hancock had "ruined her time" in the jungle.

Talking exclusively to the Daily Star during an Instagram Live chat, Nicola said: "Charlene deserved it and I really hate her exit interview which she came out with it’s a load of bulls***.

"She should have slept in the RV, she should have told Matt what she really thought, she say said he ruined her jungle experience for her. It didn’t seem like that, hun, because you seemed really pally. She deserved to go.

"I’m not being horrible because I like Charlene but she said it wouldn’t be right as a journalist to not confront him – you didn’t confront him. What are you talking about?

"I respect the career she got, she’s amazing, I'm sure she's a fabulous mum, I’m not hating but she deserved to go."

She continued: "We could have kept her in so at least it was something to talk about with 'bed gate' but she needed to go.

"But this is how you know she was really unpopular with viewers because Loose Women usually do really well in reality shows and to go first, she needs to think about that."

Nicola, 41, ranted: "Her interview, I’m not buying any of it she should have said she didn’t have the balls to do it.

"I was shocked by her interview. It's so sad to do a show like I'm A Celeb and have regrets so I feel sorry for her.

"You want to leave that show and think I gave it my best, if you’re a massive fan like me it needs to be one of the best experiences of your life.

"She said she was worried about her job when she left but you have been true to yourself and if she presented herself well everyone would have understood whereas he [Matt] has not been held accountable at all."
