Phillip Schofield and Eamonn Holmes havent spoken since he left This Morning

Phillip Schofield hasn't reached out to his former This Morning colleague Eamonn Holmes after Eamonn quit the ITV show after 15 years, according to reports.

Eamonn, 62, announced in November that he was leaving This Morning for a new role at GB News.

An insider told OK!: "It’s been quite publicised that he and Phillip didn’t really see eye to eye.

"Phillip hasn’t contacted Eamonn since leaving This Morning, which is a bit of a shame.

"Eamonn felt like Phillip didn’t really like him."

This isn't the first time that reports have emerged about a rocky relationship between the two daytime presenters.

They fell out when Eamonn's wife and This Morning co-host Ruth Langsford, reportedly made an official complaint against Phil.

Ruth, 61, was rumoured to have been angry with Phillip, 59, after he cut her off live on air during a preview of Loose Women on This Morning.

It came amid complaints from other staff members of a toxic working environment behind the scenes on the show.

Only he and Holly spoke, with Eamonn and Ruth not being given the opportunity to say a few words of thanks.

The interaction fuelled more rumours of an ongoing feud and viewers couldn't help but notice Ruth's 'cold demeanour' as she stood alongside Phillip.

Meanwhile, supportive Ruth wished her husband good luck ahead of his new new role.

"Here he goes….new year, new challenge for Eamonn Holmes. Back doing what he does best," she wrote, alongside a video on Instagram.
