TEEN Mom Leah Messer's ex-husband Corey Simms went SHIRTLESS in a rare photo with his three daughters.

The father was enjoying a day exploring the outdoors with his three girls in the Instagram shot.

Corey ditched his shirt to head to the open waters to enjoy some quality time with his daughters.

The caption wrote: "Corey and his daughters enjoy a day on the lake! #endofsummer #wildwonderfulwv".

Leah has daughters Ali and Aleeah – who she shares with her ex Corey Simms – and her daughter Addie – whose dad is Jeremy Calvert.

Corey has another daughter Remi, with his new wife Miranda who he married in 2013.

Teen Mom 2 star Leah, 29, has since moved on with US army officer Jaylan Mobley.

She revealed that her three daughters have already met her new boyfriend Jaylan, one month into their relationship.

The star broke the news of her new boyfriend earlier this month with a stunning photoshoot in Charleston, West Virginia.

The reality star spoke to ET about her love interest, a US Army cyber officer who formerly worked for NASA.

After meeting on an ESPN project, the TV personality connected with the grad student via DMs where she said he asked her out.

"On our first date, he picked me up took me to a lovely dinner at Bricks & Barrels in Charleston, West Virginia, and then we went to the Wiz Khalifa concert at the WV Power Park. It was amazing," she gushed.

Leah then explained that they "became exclusive during our trip to Costa Rica, when Jaylan asked me to be his girlfriend over a sunset dinner!

"It was perfect! This makes nearly a month, but we are excited to see what the future holds," she added.
