On Sunday, November 7, 2021, Sarah Palin’s daughter Willow announced on Instagram that she is pregnant with her third child.

She revealed the news in a video of her baby bump and wrote as the caption: "Been keeping this guy a little bit of a secret – one more week and we'll be half way with our BOY!" 

Willow, 27, and her husband Ricky Bailey welcomed twin girls Banks and Blaise in November 2019.

Palin reposted Willow’s video announcement to her Instagram story.
